Citizens Advice is a problem solving organisation set
up to help people who live and work in the Wealden area
of East Sussex. |
| We
are part of the national Citizens Advice organisation
– one of the best known organisations in the UK
(95% of the UK population know about us – MORI).

In 2004/05 we advised clients on 13,000 occasions and
dealt with more than 19,000 problems - our advisers are
highly experienced and we know what we’re talking
about. |
We
provide up-to-date information, and support to help clients
solve their problems –
it's not a sticking plaster ‘here’s a leaflet’
approach – each client sees an adviser who will
listen, ask questions and present them with the options
available. Once the client has decided on the course of
action best suited to them the adviser will guide and
support. |
